Design rights and copyrisghts for award-winning entries will become the property of the event sponsor.
All the prize-winning works and grand-prix work may be abstained from dissemination in case of any commercialization, product rights protection, and so on.
Entries must not be returned in principle. Applicants bear all costs
for returning.
Entry work must be unpublished. Previously published work will be left
out of the selection.
In case you encounter copyright infringement or any breach of copyright
and related rights among entry works of OPUS DESIGN AWARD Competition,
secretariat will not bear any responsibility
for material damages or any copyright issues.
An applicant or a group of applicants shall bear any costs and charges
of transportation. We would recommend that the applicant will insure
entry works if desired.
