profile (As of October, 2004)

I am a junior in the industrial design program at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN.

concept

The concept of this work is to be able to store your reading glasses in a place that you will not forget. I have chosen to integrate the traditional reading glasses with the bookmark, in order to create a more user friendly and easy to use solution. Why not keep your reading glasses where you use them?

materials

Materials will include polycarbonate lenses, as well as a soft elastomer of some sort. This could possibly be silicone or some other sort of consumer polymer capable of being injection molded, or over-molded.
