Naohiro Futami / JAPAN (As of October, 2004) Now, I am enrolling in the Waseda University graduate and duate school doctoral course. I am studying the media design.

I can say that eyewear has two sides. One is as a fashion and accessories and another is the side as an interface. In recent years, eyewear is recognized to be the important item of a fashion. However, a difference when we young, and eyewear is seen as a tool of life. I want to use the refined design which combines simplicity and beauty rather than gaiety. On the other hand, I want to dress eyewear stylishly and smartly from the production of nonchalant self assertion also in casuals, business, and a formal scene. Furthermore, the function which supports a body function is also important. The city environment will become better and pleasant if the information machines and equipment which are hard to carry out carrying, use can be nonchalantly attached to the body.
